was based initially on medical palpation. To exclude malignant changes of the
mammary gland, tests sometimes more will be connected, especially if the
symptoms do not occur exclusively dependent cycle. To avoid
microcalcifications, which may indicate malignant disease, mammogram done. To
detect the fluid-filled cavities (cysts) USG (ultrasonography) is the study of
choice. Appropriate for histological examination can also be a tissue sample
(biopsy) of the chest.
If it turns
out after the removal of tissue cells multiplication excited, significantly
different from normal cells, they are referred to as "atypical" cells
of the breast, this is called "atypical proliferative mastopathy".
Since the "atypical" cells are more likely to continue to change and
may be declining, the risk of breast cancer increases with the shape of breast
disease.

cysts. There is no tendency for malignant growth. Approximately 70% of all
breast diseases included in this category
Class II: the
growth of abnormal cells in the duct system. Increased small risk of getting
cancer. Approximately 20% of all breast disease have this title.
Class III:
the presence of proliferative mastopathy. Overgrowth of tissue cells that
showed abnormal (atypical) cells change. Often some of the focus that is
present in the chest, in 30% of cases the affected breast. Increased cancer
risk. In particular, in connection with familial risk of breast cancer increase
the risk of developing breast cancer increases 2.5- to 4-fold.
Approximately
10% of all breast diseases included in this category.
Basically, it
can not be treated as breast disease, but it can be related to pain relief.
Care should be taken in accordance with individual complaints and to consider
the side effects.
Affected
