Cysts are fluid bladder

closed. Even outside of pregnancy in the form of glandular secretions, so cysts
also can occur during this period.
It is not, however, one
of the malignant disease, breast cancer risk was not increased. The cause of
the exact origin is unknown cyst formation. Often there are cysts in between 30
to 50 years, with the onset of menopause in old age.
Above a certain size of
the cyst can cause discomfort, especially when a lot of fluid to accumulate and
they are filled to the brim. Large cysts can suppress the surrounding tissue
and replace it, which can cause pain. Often, the pain occurs in a cycle
dependent, often associated with breast disease.
Diagnosis
Cyst diagnosis performed
by a medical scanning and ultrasound (sonography) chest. Sometimes, cysts but
also with tenacious secretions, such as blood components, protein fragments or
pus filled, then what or fluid (cyst) complicates the difference in ultrasound
images, in connection with a fixed (tumor) Formation of nodes.
In ultrasound, an
experienced doctor to recognize the possibility of change and growth in the
cyst wall, which sometimes can form papillomas and carcinomas in very rare
cases.
Usually the cyst over a
certain size (1.5 cm) - after being stabbed, ie, the contents aspirated with a
needle and examined under a microscope for cell changes - to confirm the
diagnosis. Puncture made today usually under ultrasound guidance. However, the
risk Papillombildung and especially carcinoma cyst formation is very low. In a
malignant diagnosis (breast cancer) cysts and surrounding tissues must be
removed.
Treatment
Large cyst puncture also
provide a measure of therapy is to achieve relief of pressure on the
surrounding tissue. After draining the cyst was then usually filled with air,
where the cyst is empty envelope to glue pitted. This step prevents re-accumulation
of fluid in the cyst.
When the cyst, which is
smaller than one centimeter, has a smooth, do not interfere with the interior
walls and do not cause symptoms and are not treated, ultrasound examination
should be performed on a regular basis.
